  2. Going back to day 0.... you were so defeated. Look at you now!! So proud of you, Seth!! Thanks for this info. We're seriously considering doing it together as a family, but have to figure out the cost of everything... 3 bars, band sets, etc... plus the videos. So, now I'll remove the bands from the list of things to get and add dumbbells. :) Love to hear how you're progressing. Tell us a little about your diet changes. And how are the muscle cramps?


    ps... I deleted the first message cuz I couldn't stand that I used 'your' ^^ instead of 'you're' and it was bother me. :)
